February 4 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Topic: Plyometrics for Runners – what to know and how to apply them
Presented in conjunction with Athlete’s Edge Physiotherapy (launching April 2026), we are pleased to announce our next free running webinar on Plyometrics for Runners. Sign up is free, mandatory, and the only way to receive the link for the event.
Plyometric training is well researched for endurance runners, however still remains an underutilized method of improving performance. Offering the potential for potent performance benefits when included in your training routine, Plyometrics is definitely something runners should consider. However, this method of training isn’t as simple as “just add it in”. There are different types of exercises, important things to consider around safety and load progressions, and much more. This free running webinar will canvas the background and mechanisms behind plyometrics, the performance benefits and evidence supporting this, and then dive into the good stuff.. how to put together your plyometric program and what to consider practically.

This webinar is appropriate for..
1. Committed runners wanting to find an additional method of improving their running performance2. Running coaches looking to upskill
3. Allied health students and professionals looking to upskill to be able to work more confidently with runners
This webinar presents the evidence concepts at both a high level, and a simpler/more applicable way,
making the content appropriate for varying levels. The aim of this free workshop is for everyone attending
to learn at least one thing that can improve their running or their profession.

Sign up via email below is FREE and is the only way to receive access to the presentation link.
